Studies have shown that using smaller plates can actually reduce food consumption!


Researchers have also found that this strategy is even more effective when the diner fills his plate on his/her own!

In case you want your children to eat less, use that simple nudge of smaller plates, but try not to show that you are monitoring the whole situation…
